Position Summary:
Provides direct daytoday care of patients and families. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with other health care professionals provides case management services inclusive of assessment and discharge planning to Behavioral Medicine patients. Provides individual family and group therapies. Provides care based upon the age and developmental needs of child adolescent adult and geriatric patient.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Masters degree in social work (MSW)
Preferred: 1year behavioral medicine experience
