What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and company leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy
- Grow a link building organization skilled in content research development outreach and earning high quality links.
- Manage overall link building team including team leads and specialists among your direct reports
- Conduct handson content development and link building while building and leading a team
- Oversee marketing content creation platform management and performance metrics
- Stay ahead of trends in content marketing innovating regularly to leverage link building tactics before they become stale or ineffective
- Identify interesting topics perform competitor analysis monitor trends and analyze audience interests
- Delve into data and insights to find unique perspectives and angles for campaign
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns and teams and strive for continuous improvements in metrics and performance
What Youll Bring To The Role:
- Minimum 5 years leading link building or content marketing operations
- 3 years managing team members
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience creating content for link building and marketing channel utilization
- Knowledge in SEO and endtoend link building
- Strong collaboration leadership and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
