Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Relationships:Develop longlasting relationships with patients ensuring a positive comfortable experience while providing thorough education on treatment options.
- Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor a dynamic team fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with the practices values and goals.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience is required. (Previous ownership experience isa plus)
- Comfort with working in a highvolume cash/PPO patient base
- Ability to lead motivate and manage a dental team effectively
- Strong communication skills and a patientcentered approach to care
