Job Description

The Security Field Supervisor will assist and follow the directives of the Operations Managers with the administration and managerial duties to enforce regulations governing State and Federal laws and Company policies while developing security officers to exceed expectations and for future career potential. As experienced Security Officers and Managers they will also be responsible for the training of Security Officers under their supervision in order to develop a staff that is always Prompt Professional and Engaged.
Basic duties of the role are listed below. Please note these are not allinclusive as the Security Field Supervisor must be adaptable and follow the direction of the Operations Manager.
- Perform all duties of Security Officer and Supervisor as needed
- Inspect and evaluate Security Officers for alertness appearance and proper performance while on duty and correct and report deficiencies
- Communicate company policies and procedures to all shift personnel
- Assist the scheduling department with the filling of open shifts by responding immediately to open shifts and taking all necessary steps to cover the openings as needed
- Manage weekly schedules for multiple locations
- Assist in the development administration and implementation of training programs
- Conduct Supervisory visits to multiple locations
- Communicate site performance to Account Managers
- Assists as needed with the clients concerns
- Assist with Investigations of accidents thefts property losses or other unlawful activities as directed by Operations Manager
- Exhibit full responsibility to respond to business needs
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Responsible use of company equipment and resources
- Operate any vehicle company or personal professionally and lawfully while on duty
- Brief the Operations Manager of any unusual occurrences that happened on your shift
- Ensure Security Officers provide highquality services to protect people and property
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance punctuality and performance throughout your employment as a Security Field Supervisor
- Meet with client representatives on a regular basis
- Utilizing client concerns and suggestions to improve our business model
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1 year. experience in a supervisory role
- Must have a validBSIS California Guard Card
- Must have reliable transportation
- Former Military / Law Enforcement Preferred
- Must present a professional appearance
- Valid Drivers License
