Requirements
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligent Automation Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to partner with our financial services clients. The ideal candidate will drive value by optimizing and automating business processes through the strategic use of cuttingedge automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and AI Builder to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
Conduct endtoend process assessments to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Analyze existing business processes identify inefficiencies and propose fitforpurpose automation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements define user stories and document current and future state processes.
Design and implement scalable and efficient automation solutions using best practices and vendorspecific standards.
Support the configuration testing and deployment of automation workflows and ensure robust documentation.
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues arising from automation processes.
Define and communicate RPA technical infrastructure requirements.
Work within agile frameworks and contribute to planning estimation and sprint activities as a Scrum team member.
Assist operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and postdeployment phases.
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Significant handson experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI AI Builder).
Strong understanding of intelligent automation technologies and their scalable implementation.
Experience with process analysis documentation and reengineering.
Familiarity with OCR Process Mining and other supporting technologies.
Proven ability to identify and eliminate process waste prior to automation.
Experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and technical documentation.
Strong analytical problemsolving and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of APIfirst development principles and workflowbased automation.
Desirable:
Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL400 PL500 PL600.
Experience in financial services automation projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Exposure to other automation platforms (e.g. UiPath Blue Prism).
Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA .NET or Python.
Lean Six Sigma skills or accreditation.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Background in backoffice servicing processes and Business Process Management (BPM).
Experience in solution architecture and automation strategy development.
