Job Description
Job Title: TRAVEL Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN MedSurg)
Location:Central City NE
Position Overview:
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Surgical Nurse with MedicalSurgical expertise to join our team for a contract assignment in Central City NE. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Medical Surgical Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients. Job Details:
- Assignment Length:13 weeks
- Start Date:January 6 2025
- Shift:Night shift 36 hours per week
- 12 hours shifts working every 3rd weekend no call
- Pay Rate:Competitive pay of $2250 per week with weekly pay $1004 tax and $1246 stipend
Job Requirements:
- Experience:Two years of experience
- Certification:BLS ACLS TNCC required
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Nebraska required or approved compact state of residence
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting medication systems etc. EpicPyxisBD Alaris pumps
- Additional Requirements:compliance with current facility health standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel and medical staff.
- Ability to problem solve and engage independent critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality relevant to sensitive information.
- Ability to adhere to hospital and department procedures.
- Ability to prioritize work demands and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment relevant to changing patient needs
- Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 4:1
