Club Pilates St. Augustine offers a diverse range of group reformer classes catering to all fitness levels and interests. As part of a renowned national brand we are committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community. With over 36 states and two countries under our belt we are experiencing steady growth.
Locally we offer various class formats to suit different clientele from young and beginner to more senior and advanced individuals. Additionally we stand out as one of the few studios in the area providing a PMArecognized 500hour Teacher Training Program. This comprehensive program ensures thorough and safe instruction in group Pilates apparatus classes.
Our studio fosters a warm welcoming and inclusive environment for nearly 500 members. Our dedicated team of instructors and front desk staff is passionate about enhancing the health and wellbeing of our members and the broader community.
POSITION:
The Front Desk / Sales Representative at Club Pilates St. Augustine Palm Coast plays a vital role in the new membership sales process by introducing potential members to the studio and scheduling them into Demo Classes. It is also their responsibility to assist in member retention uphold the studios appearance and deliver exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helping acquire new members and booking them for Demo Classes
- Aiding in member retention strategies
- Maintaining the studios cleanliness and functionality
- Delivering topnotch customer service to all visitors and members
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably have a background or knowledge of Pilates fitness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
