Job Description
Axcex Media LLC headquartered in Richmond VA seeks an experienced LeadLow Voltage Service Technician based in and around the Tidewater VA area.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:Our Lead LowVoltage Service Technicianrole offers you the opportunity to build a diverse skillset gain valuable experience in an evolving and indemand industry through exposure to a variety of industryleading technology alongside our team of experienced integrated systems professionals. This is a clientfacing role therefore solid customer service skills and a collaborative and professional demeanor is imperative.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for executing tasks in all stages of the projects life cycle.
- Ensure work performance meeting and exceedingindustry standards prioritize quality craftsmanship and exude superior customer satisfaction.
- Installation of copper and fiber cables and related support and Firestop Systems
- Installation of cable and equipment Infrastructures
- Installation of communication equipment
- Installation of medical equipment
- Cable termination testing and labeling
- Proper Project Survey Installation and Documentation
- Tool and asset inventory tracking and maintenance
- Report daily and weekly progress to company Project Manager and customer provided contact as well as creating and submitting expense reports.
- Manage and maintain company vehicle according to company policies.
- Perform other assigned duties as requested by immediate supervisor and/or management.
- Three 3 plus years of relevant work experience is required Fire Alarm installation experience preferred.
- Applicants must live in the Tidewater VA area.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Travel outside of yourHub territory is mandatory as requiredto meet client demand and deadlines.
- Applicants must have a valid drivers license of at least 3 years with a Clean Driving Record (No suspensions etc. within the last 3 years).
- Ability to share a hotel room while travelling.
- Comfortable with heights and stable on a ladder.
- Ability to carry 75 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check and routine drug tests.
- Ability to ensure our 100 Tobacco Vape AND Drug Free work environment.
