Job Description

Downtown Los Angeles Personal Injury law firm seeks an intake specialist with a minimum of one 1 year of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant paralegal or case manager performing the following tasks:

Conducting intakes
Confirming coverage
Creating matters and electronic files
Coordinating medical treatment
Case management

Requirements:

One 1 year handling personal injury matters
Bilingual English/Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Wellorganized and detailoriented
Reliable and punctual
Excellent customer service skills you will be talking to clients on a daily basis.

Preferences:
Knowledge of Filevine Law Software
