Job Description
Job Title: Service Porter / Car Detailer
Location: Maserati of Puente Hills

Are you an energetic individual with a passion for customer service and toptier vehicles Maserati of Puente Hills is seeking a dedicated Service Porter / Car Detailer to help us ensure an outstanding customer experience. This is a physically demanding customerfacing role perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles and replenish all vehicle fluids as needed to maintain the inventorys appearance and performance.
- Replace batteries when necessary and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Move cars as directed by the general manager in accordance with dealership display standards to keep the service lot neat and orderly.
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
- Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles ensuring smooth operations.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
- Able to work flexible schedules including some weekends.
- Positive attitude and cando mentality with a confident outgoing personality.
- Eagerness to improve and contribute to a teamoriented environment.
- Professional attitude and commitment to delivering bestinclass customer service.
