Job Description
- Assist with division portfolio forecasts and provide input with the development and enhancement of the monthly reporting tools and processes across the Division.
- Assists with other analytical and research assignments; ad hoc reporting as required.
- Perform research finance transactions under the supervision of the grants team in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative duties including calendar management payroll ordering and floor meeting.
- Provide support to the Grants Team as needed.
- General administrative duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree preferred in Accounting Finance Business Administration or Healthcare Business.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1. Proficient in budgetary or accounting principles and practices as applicable to experience/education required including the ability to prepare interpret and analyze financial reconciliations and cash flow analyses.
2. Acute attention to details commitment to accuracy and integrity of all data reports and communications.
3. Computer skills especially in spreadsheets and databases (Mac Operating Systems and all Microsoft Office products).
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The person will spend his/her time in a laboratory setting at the Harvard New Research Building in the Longwood Medical area in Boston.
