Position Overview

Seeking to fill our openMultiDwelling Unit (MDU) WiFi License Sales positionfor our NYC market.

Seeking a dynamic resultsdriven go getter. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing licensing arrangements with large Multiple Dwelling Units (MDU) buildings for our building wide WiFi Internet solutions. In this position you will work with our team to educate and build relationships with property owners and managers resulting in the achievement of securing WiFi licensing agreements.

Top performers can expect to earn over $120K annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Proactively identify potential sales leads within the MDU market
    • Utilize cold calling doortodoor visits andmarketing to generate opportunities.
  2. Market Analysis:

    • Conductmarket analysis to identify key MDUtargets and customer needs.
    • Keep abreast of industry developments and adaptstrategies accordingly.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Establish/nurturerelationships with real estate developers property managersand others
    • Collaborate with property stakeholders to understand needs/tailorpitches and ensure the company is delivering accordingly.
  4. Product Knowledge:

    • Develop product understanding and communicate value proposition to prospects
    • Keep current on industry advancements and adjust accordingly
  5. Sales Presentations:

    • Prepare/deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to MDU decisionmakers
    • Address objections to effectively close deals
  6. Pipeline Management:

    • Maintain a sales pipeline and track all client interactions/communications
    • Update managed on sales activity
  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal company teams
    • Collaborate to develop tailored solutions for MDU clients.

Qualifications

  • Confident outgoing personality.
  • Can manage/comfortable with rejection and unresponsive prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Residein close proximity to NYC (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written (email) communication skills.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with the determination to meet and exceed goals.
  • Genuine passion for the world of sales and technology.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • FullTime (MonFri between 8am5pm)
  • Base Salary Commission
  • Paid Holidays
  • Paid Vacation 10 days first 5 years 15 days after 5 years)

Job Type: Fulltime

Base Salary: $42500 $58500 per year

Commission: Unlimited!

Performers Total Compensation can exceed $120K /yr
