Job Description
Location: Mpumalanga South Africa
Hire Resolves are seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Officer to join their team in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective operations within the mining sector. This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills as well as a deep understanding of the mining industry in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize mining operations in Mpumalanga
Conduct feasibility studies and costbenefit analyses for proposed projects
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives
Monitor and evaluate project progress to identify potential risks and challenges
Provide regular reports to senior management on project status and performance
Compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering
- Experience in a Mining environment
- 3 years relevant mining experience
Benefits:
- Salary: R800k R12m
