Job Description
Recruitment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join a
wellestablished nursery in Harlesden North West London. This is an
excellent opportunity for an experienced early years educator to take on a
leadership role and contribute to a highquality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team within the Toddler Room ensuring a
stimulating and nurturing environment.
Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework.
Support childrens learning and development through playbased
experiences.
Work collaboratively with staff parents and carers to ensure each
childs needs are met.
Maintain a safe inclusive and highstandard learning space in line
with Ofsted regulations.
Guide and mentor nursery practitioners to uphold best practices in
early years education.
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
Previous experience in a Room Leader or Senior Nursery
Practitioner role.
Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
curriculum.
Excellent leadership communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about providing highquality early years education.
