Golf Grounds Staff
Park Counts:
When:May 24Sept. 1 2025 (Memorial weekend through Labor Day)
Where:Various regional parks/trails
Estimated hours:Each shift is 2hour but can be assigned to multiple 2hour shifts throughout the day based upon availability.Counts will take place between 8 AM and 8 PM with the last count starting at 6 PM. The number of shifts may vary daily and weekly.
In this position staff will go to various regional park and trail locations throughout Ramsey County Park system. The park count staff is responsible for showing up to the assigned location on time count park users as they are entering the park/trail at the specific location and submitting the counts on time.Based on assignment this position will assist in the conducting of user surveys take counts of active park participants/visitors assist patrons as necessary and perform related duties as assigned.
Park Maintenance:
Where: Ramsey Countys parks trails and facilities.
Estimated hours: Weekdays 6:30 a.m.3 p.m. weekends 5 a.m.1 p.m. Fulltime hours available. There are two shifts but there is some flexibility. One shift is Tuesday through Saturday the other shift is Sunday through Thursday. Weekdays are 6:30 a.m.3 p.m. and weekends are 5 a.m.1 p.m. In a typical week a park aide typically works 40 hours with an opportunity to work more.
Golf Grounds Crew
Where:Keller Golf Course
Estimated hours:Weekdays 6 a.m. or earlier and some weekends. Fulltime and parttime hours available.
The Golf Grounds Crew job is perfect for anyone who loves golf or working outdoors. In this position entrylevel staff will operate string trimmers push mowers backpack blowers utility vehicles and other equipment associated with the daily tasks of maintaining a golf course. In this position you can expect an outdoor work environment flexible scheduling uniforms and complimentary golf as available.
Please Note: This job posting is being conducted to fill temporary (not to exceed 6 months in length) appointments. The number of hours worked per week and shifts may vary.
