Job Description
At Hidden Treasures were putting families and children first by bringing ABA care to the home and providing top notch techenabled resources and tools to our staff. Our company employs an approach developed by worldclass clinicians from highly rated institutions to provide bestinclass inhome care for children affected by Autism.

About this position...
As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Hidden Treasures youll assist patients with daytoday activities monitor behavior record and collect data on patients progress and communicate with clients. Its a rewarding position! Youll be an important member of a childs care team and will see the results firsthand as you help improve that childs life.
Job Status: FullTime
Location: San Fernando Valley
Compensation: $22$25/hr
What youll do...
- Provide inperson behavior intervention services
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
- Collect record and verify data
- Write notes and follow plans developed by a BCBA for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Participate in large group and small group trainings
- Implement interventions to help develop skills such as social skills daily living skills communication and preacademic skills
What youll bring...
- Minimum highschool degree or equivalent
- Must pass background check
- TB test required
- Covid Vaccination or test once a week
- CPR Certification (can be facilitated during onboarding)
- Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
- RBT Certification is a plus
