We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:
Option 1: Two of more years of journeylevel experience in trade such as heavy rebuild fleet auto equipment industrial mechanic experience which includes experience effectively performing electrical and mechanical maintenance. OrOption 2: Completion of a twoyear vocational program in heavy equipment fleet auto or industrial mechanics or another closely related field.
Selection Process
Applications will be screened to determine whether candidates meet minimum qualifications. Candidates presenting evidence that they meet or exceed the qualifications noted above may be invited to participate in a comprehensive written knowledge test and handson test. If an applicant is screened out at any step in the process there is a90day waiting period to retest.
Employment offers will be finalized only after candidates have successfully completed physical examinations drug screens and a drug and alcohol background checks. Reference checks and reviews of driving records will also be conducted prior to any final offer of employment.
