Job Description
Job Title: DevOps Engineer 34 Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon
Job Summary:
DevOps Engineer with 34 years of experience to streamline development deployment
automation infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud deployments. Handson expertise
in Kubernetes containerization CI/CD pipelines(Jenkin/Gitrunner) Terraform Ansible Public
cloud and inpremise infrastructure deployment is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Design deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes.
Implement and optimize wellknown Kubernetes CNI for efficient networking.
Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes networking pod communication and service
discovery.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Configure and deploy application using Ansible and Helm charts
Develop and maintain shell scripts and Python for deployment related automation.
Ensure best practices in infrastructure and deployments.
Create optimize and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with development and security teams to improve system performance
scalability availability and resilience.
Manage and optimize Linuxbased images for the development team
Use Git for version control branching strategies and collaborative development
workflows.
Track and manage tasks efficiently using Jira for agile project management.
Required Skills & Experience:
34 years of handson experience in DevOps roles.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization (Docker Podman runc etc. and fine
tuning.
Experience with Kubernetes CNI plugins (Calico Flannel Multus etc..
Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio is added advantage.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI etc..
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Strong Shell & Python scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
Expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation.
Proficiency in Linux infrastructure.
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK etc..
Experience in converting the container application to Kubernetes based deployment.
Experience with Jira for project and task management.
Experience with Git for version control and branching strategies.
