Stohlman Volkswagen and Subaru of Tysons is seeking a dedicatedInternet Sales Managerto help grow our booming sales department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and flourish in a fastpaced and professional workplace.

AnInternet Sales Managerprovides online customers with information on vehicles products and services. You discuss vehicle options and schedule appointments. In this role your goal is to increase showroom traffic through successful interactions with potential clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Be professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
  • Engage and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
  • Schedule appointments. Meet and exceed monthly appointment targets.
  • Follow all CRM processes: using calls texts emails and video recordings.
  • Manage the dealerships website with inventory photos and vehicle information.
  • Collaborate with sales finance and service departments to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous internet sales experience preferred automotive sales a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Customeroriented with a genuine desire to assist clients.
  • Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • You must have basic computer proficiency with strong internet and social media skills.
  • Be selfmotivated and have confidence in your abilities in customer service and sales.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Willing to consent to abackground check and Motor Vehicle Driving Records screening.
  • Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
