Job Description

The Case Manager Associate is accountable/responsible for the day to day treatment management dispositionandaftercare plan forhis/her assigned patients with particular attention to taking responsibilityfor the prudent use of clinicalresources. The Case Manager Associate position requires flexibility and excellentinterpersonal skills both with infernaland external customers. All dutiesand responsibilities areperformed under the supervision of an independently licensed mental healthprofessional.

Education:

Social Work: MSW

Psychology: PhD

Nursing: MS/MSN

License: Appropriate professional credentials. Independent license not required.
