Job Description
As an Outside Sales Rep you would be responsible for developing business in hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings and accessories for our store in Commerce City CO. You would understand current customers needs by consistent onsite visits ensure customers are satisfied with the service and inventory provided by Hose & Rubber Supply and reach new customers while making sure to meet gross margin targets and to meet or exceed monthly and yearly gross margin goals.
This is a fulltime position with benefits.
The OutsideSales Representative duties include but are not limited to:
- Establish relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Establish and execute a plan ensuring a minimum average of 11 visits per day.
- Provide market intelligence to Hose & Rubber Supply.
- Generate profitable gross margin in your territory.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to interact with customers operations and management in a professional manner manage resources effectively
- Sales skills
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Basic knowledge of finance and business
- Valid driver license with a good driving record
- Prior industrial sales experience
- Knowledgeable concerning the hose industry and products
- Compensation:$60000 to $100000 per year (base salary of $60000 to $70000 monthly commission program quarterly profit sharing program)
- Schedule:Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
