Private Duty RN
Wednesday through Friday
8 am 3 pm
Dover NH
$40 per hour
Per Diem
Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty RN to join our team for a patient in Milton New Hampshire. The Private Duty RN will provide oneonone care to a patient in his home assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient including medication administration general care and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patients healthcare team including the physician nurse practitioner and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Administering and managing Gtube feedings and medications according to the patients care plan.
- Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
