Night Tankering Supervisor

We operate 24/7 and as such you are required to work flexible hours weekends and participate in an oncall rota. Full training / PPE / use of company equipment will be provided to ensure that all our drainage engineers have the right tools competency and confidence to undertake the work to Lanes high standard of operation regardless of background or previous experience.
Position: Night Tankering Supervisor
Location: Iver Depot Colnbrook Berkshire (Logistics Management Contract)
Job Type:temporary three month contract fulltime
Hours: 4 nights on 4 nights off 12 hours per night (averages 40.25 hours a week)
Salary: 21.40 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Champion of Health and Safety.
- To complete the targeted amount of site inspections per month.
- Coordinating all onsite movements processes and safety standards.
- Daily training of new employees with a sign off of their competence throughout the training stages.
- Aiding and assisting Line Management in the capture of Toolbox Talks issued for the month.
- Compliance of Engineers on sites whom the Supervisor is in control of.
- Daily handovers into management following procedures set out by Senior Management.
- Ensuring data capture is being followed by onsite operatives.
- Take lead in setting up and collapsing sites following Health & Safety and Client Standard including any hired equipment.
- Be aware of Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them.
- To carry out any adhoc reasonable requests by the line manager or senior management.
