The Mechanical Construction Assistant Project Manager for the Anaheim CA location has the following duties which include safety of UMEC field personnel assigned to the projects field labor productivity quality assurance and coordination project financial projections and reporting material and equipment procurement change order management owner/client relations project cash flow and personnel management. Comply with all company operating policies procedures executed plans and programs. Other duties may be assigned.
Compensation Range: $91520 $104000
QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully the individual must have 57 years construction workrelated experience and/or bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. COMPUTER SKILLS
Able to effectively operate the following computer software programs Microsoft (Excel Word Project Access and Powerpoint) Bluebeam Revu PDF editing VistaViewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software) and Quotesoft Estimating Software.
