About us: Within our integrated medical practice a team of providers evaluate our patients looking at both the symptoms that brought them in and at the work lifestyle dietary and factors that are at play contributing to the patients overall health. Our comprehensive approach mandates that our providers not just see patients as their symptoms but as the individual with many interactive connected systems. We offer cuttingedge treatments utilizing the latest technologies. Our knowledgeable and experienced team consists of physicians technicians and a dedicated support staff who have collaborated for over 12 years to provide our community with the highest level of care.
Duties:
Patient exam/evaluations in new and existing patients functional medical exams (HPI medical history review pertinent medical records/imaging)
Order and review appropriate tests (read Xrays) Evaluate clinical data
Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
DOT and sports physicals
Perform treatments to include hormone optimization with BioTE procedures Joint injection/trigger point injections and regen medicine
Patient education on diagnosis treatment plan options and expectations patient goals and post care treatments
Documentation accurate and timely
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
Qualifications:
Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
PA/NP license in CO
Experience in Joint Injection/Trigger Point injection preferred
Experience in hormone therapies/regen medicine a plus
Schedule:
Full time (MonFriday with office hours ending at 12 on Fridays)
Salary (range):
$125k$145k per year (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
