Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Remote/InOffice
Based in Sittingbourne Kent
Experience: Minimum 2 years PQE preferred.
Job Description:
Manage a caseload of residential property transactions ensuring compliance and providing expert legal advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle freehold/leasehold sales & purchases.
- Draft & review contract packs enquiries and reports.
- Manage remortgages transfers of equity & auction purchases.
- Review mortgage offers & searches.
- Ensure AML compliance & KYC/CDD checks.
- Utilize the CRM system effectively.
- Maintain client & stakeholder communication.
- Take ownership of client experience & case progression.
- Build relationships with estate agents financial advisors & solicitors.
