Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time Nurse Practitioner (NP)positionin the Lufkinarea.

Job Description:

The NP provides general medical care and treatment to patients in medical facility such as clinic health center or public health agency under direction of Physician by performing the following duties. Responsible for inhouse nursing facility visits to hospice patients for the purpose of conducting the facetoface 60 day recertification encounter.

Qualifications:

LicensedNurse Practitionerin the State of Texas
1 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience with hospice preferred
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to travel is a must
Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
