Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Light Street Special Education Solutions a division of LEARN Academy you play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive special education services to children with special needs. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidencebased interventions that promote students participation and success in their educational environment.

Your responsibilities span across various school settings interacting with teachers administrators parents and other therapy professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student care. You assist in evaluating students needs developing and implementing treatment plans and monitoring progress towards individualized education program (IEP) goals.

As part of Light Street Special Education Solutions you contribute to the companys mission of improving the quality and efficiency of special education services. Your work directly supports positive outcomes for students and strengthens partnerships with schools aligning with the organizations commitment to evidencebased practices and flexible solutions in special education.
