A Product Manager is needed to join a Scaling HealthTech company as they revolutionise care using innovative technology!
Salary: Up to 80k
Based: London (Remote)
You will be joining a growing product team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the platforms integrity and enhancing its value for users. Working closely with the CTO and development team to streamline further product and user growth!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align product vision and strategy with business goals.
- Lead internal training sessions presentations and demos.
- Advocate for the enduser by ensuring that the product design and features provide an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to create prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate product concepts and designs.
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the companys overall strategy and goals.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Communicate strategies and plans both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a Product Management role for a SaaS product
- Experience in the Healthtech/ Health Care space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of technology and software development processes including experience working closely with development teams
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment demonstrating strong virtual collaboration skills and a proactive approach to communication and teamwork.
- Experience conducting and commissioning market research to inform product development and strategy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record as a handson leader who can foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
