Job Description
Overview
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a PC Support Technician in Contoocook NH. This is an onsite contract position with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for approximately 280 employees.
- Handle instock IT assets and track inventory using spreadsheets.
- Perform software installations and set up new hardware.
- Build and image laptops (manual process training provided).
- Troubleshoot printer issues and other peripheral devices.
- Assist with asset management including tracking and maintaining IT equipment.
- Perform routine IT maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
- Occasionally travel to another location a few miles away (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications
- 2 years of IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware software and peripherals.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs walk frequently and work in a manufacturing/plant setting.
- Comfortable working in a sometimes noisy or dusty environment (safety gear provided).
- Basic knowledge of asset management and inventory tracking.
- Experience with laptop imaging and setup (manual process will train).
- Valid drivers license for occasional travel to a nearby facility.
