Job Description
JoinPro Rehaban established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business & Triniti Home Health & Hospice! We are looking for aFullTime Physical Therapistto travel to our MN sites in the Metro/Central area of the Twin Cities! We offer a competitive wage benefitsmileage reimbursement $.70 / mile)& a$10000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!
This FullTime position working 3 days per week 8 hours a day because we factor in drive time and documentation. Hours and Days are Flexible!
Pay Range:$45 $60 / hour depending on experience
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Assess & Diagnose: Develop Start of Care Visits and Initial Evaluations by evaluating patients physical conditions movement abilities and medical history. Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area.
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility strength and function.
- Provide Handson Therapy: Perform manual therapy therapeutic exercises and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelors degree
- Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state federal and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
