Job Description

- Federal and WI state Nurse Aide and Medication Technician certification required.
- Must have completed a medication administration course with endorsement on Nurse Aide certification.
- Providing and practicing daily care and activities for all residents providing transportation to activities
- Practicing safe and attentive care for residents.
- Administer chart and verify consumption of medications according to state approved procedures.
- Completes all required documentation per company policy independently documenting all information promptly and accurately about the residents services provided and their current conditions.
