Job Title: Underwriter
Salary: Up to 35000
Location: Hybrid in Cardiff
Responsibilities
- Review and approve secondcharge mortgages within established lending mandates.
- Generate secondcharge mortgage offers and meticulously prepare associated documentation.
- Address queries and referrals from various departments to optimize internal and external customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of business processes suggesting improvements to strengthen the underwriting function as the company expands.
Requirements
- Experience handling complex cases.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Collaborative teamworking abilities.
- Experience in credit underwriting
