Director Laboratory Services - Madison Market

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities

• Directs all areas within assigned lab.
• Ensures compliance with QA/QC standards required by CAP CLIA FDA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Directs or works directly on projects of complex scope.
• Develops and implements quality improvement processes and performance improvement plans.
• Develops financial plan.
• Attends and participates in committees.
• Develops policies goals and objectives.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience and education

Experience

• Bachelors degree: Seven years technical experience in a laboratory setting including two years concurrent supervisory experience.
• Masters degree or higher: Five years technical experience in a laboratory setting including two years concurrent supervisory experience.
