Job Summary
We are seeking a growthminded Chef Manager in Miami FL. This outstanding opportunity allows you to lead a worldclass culinary and food service operation ensuring flawless and outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory ordering and receiving
- Efficiently implement and maintain P&L accountability and contractmanaged service
- Skilled in menu development cost controls purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and applying local food products.
- Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives with a passion for ecofriendly practices
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract food service fine dining or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality production sanitation food cost controls and presentation
- Experience with exposition cooking
- ServSafe certification is a plus
