A day in the life.
As an Account Manager your role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You are responsible for building strong relationships with clients understanding their needs negotiating coverage and managing proposals and renewals. Additionally you will maintain accurate client information and foster a collaborative service experience.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
3 years experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers
Being a selfstarter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines
Dialing into the details ensuring accuracy of the minute details of a project or task
Interpreting complexdocumentssuch as insurancepolicies with multiple coverages detailed applicationsand proposals.
Computer proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets Word Documents and navigating Agency Management Systems
Experience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contracts
Ability to work on a fast paced highenergy team while maintaining a positive attitude
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
Property & Casualty license preferred or the ability to obtain upon hire
BS/BA in Business Insurance or related field
CPCU ARM CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & Casualty
Experience working with Applied Epic agency management system
Available to travel for client meetings as needed

applicable base salary range for this role is $63090 to $117495.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications and education. Decisions will be determined on a casebycase basis. In addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performancebased incentives.
