Registered Nurse (RN) Local Full Time Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Yakima
Job Type: Fulltime/Parttime
Shift: Day/Eve/Noc
Salary:$2200$2400/week OT $82.50/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing highquality patient care coordinating treatment plans and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is a team player highly organized and passionate about patient advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on medical orders and facility policies.
- Assess monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and postdischarge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide firstline medical intervention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Current and valid RN license in WA.
- Experience: Minimum1 yea experience working as RN in a healthcare setting.
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest XRay
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
