The Role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious construction matters with a particular focus on dispute resolution.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients within the construction industry.
- Work alongside an experienced team on complex and highprofile cases.
- Support the development of junior colleagues providing mentorship and training as required.
- Build strong lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Person:
- PQE of ideally 68 years in contentious construction or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical expertise in construction disputes including contract law adjudications and litigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work with the ability to thrive under pressure.
