Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel. Knowledge in Alteryx workflows a Plus
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle People soft).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- To process invoices related to Non Purchase Order based Services Freight Services pertaining to Europe North America and India
- Maintain vendor files.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Produce monthly reports detailing accounts payable status
- Assist with monthend closing.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate historical records.
- Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and information
Qualifications
- B/M/
- Experience in a large multinational corporation.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Hybrid environment.
- May require occasional flexibility as per business needs
