Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence
- Support deal including transaction structuring and negotiation
- Collaborate with portfolio company management to drive strategic initiatives
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee
- Monitor portfolio company performance and track KPIs
Qualifications
- 12 years of investment banking or management consulting experience
- Strong Excel financial modeling and valuation skills
- Outstanding communication problemsolving and team collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus
