We are seeking an exceptional Year 1 Teacher to join our welcoming and highperforming school in Hounslow with the opportunity to take on Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR). This role is ideal for someone looking to lead a curriculum area or phase initiative while remaining rooted in outstanding classroom practice.

Your Role
As our new Year 1 Teacher with TLR you will:
Deliver consistently highquality teaching to inspire and challenge pupils in Key Stage 1
Take ownership of a key area of school development (subject to your strengths and experience e.g. Phonics Early Reading or KS1 Assessment)
Lead and support colleagues through coaching modelling and collaboration
Monitor progress and raise standards within your subject/area of responsibility
Contribute to a dynamic and forwardthinking school culture
Who Were Looking For
A proven outstanding teacher in Key Stage 1 ideally with recent experience in Year 1
A passionate educator with a deep understanding of early childhood development and the Year 1 curriculum
A natural leader with the ability to inspire and support colleagues
A reflective practitioner with strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
Someone ready to make an impact and take the lead in an area of school improvement
