Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of financial leadership experience with a strong track record in earlystage startups and deeptech fundraising.
- Prior experience in a PME scaleup or industrial company not limited to digital SaMD or SaaS only environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel statistics and data science for financial analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in cash flow forecasting budgeting financial planning and investor reporting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bonus Knowledge of M&A dynamics unit economics (especially in medical imaging) US Healthcare system reimbursement and relations with payers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall financial vision and guidance aligning financial decisions with business objectives.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies including capital allocation and fundraising initiatives.
- Enhance and manage detailed cash flow forecasting models and monthly/quarterly financial reports for investors.
- Analyze financial performance and pinpoint areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the CEO CTO and CoS to establish and monitor highlevel budgets.
Produce business models for diverse markets (USA EU Southeast Asia) leveraging indepth knowledge of market dynamics. - Prepare and maintain data rooms for fundraising ensuring transparency and highquality investor communication.
- Manage relationships with investors financial institutions and external advisors.
- Identify design and implement financial systems and process improvements that support scalable growth.
- Support negotiations and drafting of contracts with hospitals partners and stakeholders ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
