About NavLive

NavLive is a fast growing venture backed spinout from the University of Oxford with awardwinning technology and algorithms. We are developing realtime spatial AI solutions for the construction and geospatial industries.

We use realtime multisensor fusion and highprecision positioning technology to build 3D models of indoor and outdoor environments. Were revolutionising how professionals in the architectural office refurbishment and construction sectors access and use AI technology to produce technical drawings to enable faster turnaround of designs concepts and planning applications.

The Role

As a Founding SDR youll be at the forefront of our growthresponsible for generating qualified leads engaging decisionmakers and laying the foundation for longterm client relationships. This is a highimpact role for someone whos not just looking to hit targets but to shape how we sell position and scale.

This is a fast track role into a Founding Business Development Manager role.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research key target accounts in the architecture office fitout and construction sectors
  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls emails and LinkedIn messaging
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and potential fit
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and target strategies
  • Track activity and results in the CRM and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
  • Mentor junior SDRs and help shape the sales development playbook

Requirements

What Youll Need

  • 2 years of experience in a B2B SDR or business development role (preferably in construction tech architecture tech or similar but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and resilience when engaging senior stakeholders and technical audiences
  • Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new tools and customer workflows
  • A startup mindsetcomfortable with change proactive and eager to build from the ground up
  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot Salesforce or Pipedrive we use Hubspot).

What youll bring

  • Curiosity enthusiasm boundless energy optimism and great team spirit.

Nice to Have

  • Background or experience in architecture construction or interior design
  • Understanding of the procurement process in the built environment
  • Experience selling SaaS or hardware with SaaS components
