Our client a rapidly expanding international company with a Barcelona presence is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Generalist (parttime) to become a key player in their People & Organization Department. In this role youll independently manage diverse HR responsibilities and projects directly contributing to a thriving and efficient workplace.

Tasks
- Independently handle diverse HR projects and tasks including enhancing our employer image refining performance evaluation processes and improving HR operational efficiency
- Propose innovative ideas to continuously enhance our HR practices
- Champion a supportive and engaging work atmosphere where employees can flourish and maximize their potential
- Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to management on all HRrelated topics
- Collaborate closely with the office and facilities management
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in the Spanish market
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management
- Confidence in navigating HR information systems and juggling multiple responsibilities with ease
- A solid understanding of Spanish labor laws and regulations
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- A proactive goaloriented mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute fresh ideas
