Tasks
The Tech team allows you to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable professionals while tackling complex datacentric problems.
What you will do
- Data Modelling & Analysis: Develop and maintain the companys BI structure and conduct indepth analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends. Create dashboards reports and visualizations that support business decisionmaking processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable intelligence. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data reporting and analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track the performance of various business processes. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy consistency and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting. Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.
- Market and Customer Insights: Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization. Provide insights into customer segmentation buying patterns and product performance.
- Tool and System Management: Utilise BI tools and platforms (such as Tableau Excel Power BI and Databricks) to manage and analyse data. Continuously improve and optimise the BI infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. Implement innovative solutions to improve data analysis and reporting processes.
Requirements
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in Business Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- 25 years of extensive experience in business intelligence data analysis and reporting. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and highquality reports in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau Power BI and SQL. Experience with data warehousing ETL processes and realtime data processing frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Strong ability to present data insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to ensure data quality and integrity in all analytical processes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving organisation.
