Job Description
Role Objective
The person will be responsible for reviewing finance and acounts realted activities including the financial statements expense
bookings payments taxation and other day to day accounting aspects. This role requires diverse experience and strong as well as
a deep understanding of finance and accounting realted activities.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Financial Reporting:
Review of accurate complete and timely financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash
flow statements in accordance with IND AS and other regulatory requirements.
Income Tax:
Review Income Tax related aspects including tax computations return filing TDS etc.
Financial Analysis:
Analysing financial data and providing insights to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking. This may
include identifying trends evaluating financial performance and developing financial forecasts and budgets.
Accounts Payable Management:
Review the accounts payable process timely/correct payments and expense booking and review vendor balances
Regulatory Compliance:
Review and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
Financial Controls:
Developing and implementing financial controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This may include
creating policies and procedures monitoring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
Team Management:
Managing the team and providing leadership and guidance to team members. This includes recruiting training and
performance management.
Process Improvement:
Continuously reviewing and improving financial and accounting processes to increase efficiency accuracy and
effectiveness. This may include identifying opportunities for automation simplification or streamlining.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Participating in the development of financial forecasts and budgets providing insights into financial trends and risks.

Education Experience
Bachelors in commerce Chartered Accountant 812 years post qualification
