Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our wellestablished and experienced team. This position operates under a supervision model with a ratio of 4 CRNAs to 1 Anesthesiologist. We offer flexibility in scheduling allowing for a worklife balance while providing exceptional care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients for various medical and surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout the anesthetic process adjusting dosages and techniques necessary to maintain optimal patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other medical professionals in preparing for and delivering anesthesia care.
• Perform preoperative assessments and communicate with patients about anesthesia options and expectations.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
• Assist in emergency situations and provide critical care when needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a CRNA and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Previous experience in anesthesia administration preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented and fastpaced environment.
• State of Alabama Certified

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
