Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.
- Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks.
- Writing: communicating effectively with coworkers through proper grammatical and spelling.
- Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix each customers needs in a timely manner.
- Give recommendations based on what the customer needs.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle especially if it changes.
- Assure that vehicles get fixed and returned clean undamaged and without changes to the comfort convenience features or audio system settings.
- Thorough legible 120point inspection.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Good driving record
- Good attitude
- Clear communication
- Problem solving
- Ability to be on foot most of the day
- Previous automotive background
