Are you ready to discover the role of a ServiceNow DevOps Analyst in NetcompanyIntrasoft
As a ServiceNow DevOps Analyst you will:
- Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements (focus on HAM)
- Analyze data sets and recommend process improvements
- Map current workflows and design improvements using Flow Designer
- Support HAM processes: asset tracking lifecycle management reporting
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams
- Assist in solution testing and validation
- Document business processes specs and user stories
- Present solutions to stakeholders using ServiceNow and PowerPoint
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 3 years experience as a Business Analyst including 1 year with ServiceNow implementations
- Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and define complex business processes
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business needs and technical requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English and good command of French would be a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Being proactive adaptable and able to work effectively in fastpaced multicultural environments
Desirable:
- Understanding of Integration Hub REST APIs and defining integration requirements
- Familiarity with Flow Designer for workflow automation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Hardware Asset Management CIS certification
- Integration Hub or Flow Designer certification
