Job Overview:
This position is responsible for directing the work of maintenance technicians identifying parts needed for upcoming work and inventory and scheduling the workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support maintenance technicians (up to 50 of time).
- Troubleshoot and direct equipment repairs.
- Work with production teams to optimize machine efficiency.
- Ensure safety standards and preventive maintenance compliance.
- Manage parts inventory and coordinate maintenance schedules.
- Oversee and perform repairs on various industrial machinery.
- Lead workflow planning and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain work quality and productivity within the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems including schematics.
- Proficiency in ERP/CMMS systems Microsoft Office and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting climbing standing).
- Familiarity with lubrication programs and industrial equipment operation.
- Must be available for occasional weekend work.
